Kelly Smerdon was born Sept. 11, 1984, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Smerdon graduated from Eden Prairie High School in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. She then attended Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota from August 2003 to July 2004. Smerdon attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2004 to 2008. Smerdon majored in Sociology and minored in Interdisciplinary Communications. Smerdon graduated May 2008 from the Department of Sociology and Corrections with a Bachelor of Science degree.
